Jane is the Owner and Principal Broker of EXIT Realty Success in Richmond, Virginia. She specializes and takes great pride in working with first time homebuyers to guide them through the home buying process to achieve the American dream. Jane also specializes in working with investors from the purchase of their property to leasing and property management. Her goal is to relieve the investor/owner that she works with of the stress and strain of managing their own properties so that they can move forward with their lives.

Jane understands the importance of education, especially in a radically changing market, and has acquired an (SRS) Seller Representative Specialist and a (CNS) Certified Negotiation Specialist designation. She obtained her Master's in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and puts her knowledge and experience to work for you every day. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Virginia Association of Realtors, the Richmond Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council.

Jane also works with the Realtors in her office to help them grow their business and achieve their goals. From business planning to training she is available to assist her agents. Nothing makes her happier than to see her agents succeed in helping their clients.

In her off time Jane enjoys Shag Dancing and teaching others to dance. She is currently a member of the Richmond Shag Dance Club with more than 300 members. Jane volunteers with the Richmond Shag Dance Club to raise money for Camp Fantastic, a summer camp for children with cancer or children who have been in remission for three years or less.

Originally from San Diego, CA, Jane grew up in Powhatan, Virginia and makes her home in Midlothian. Jane loves to study cultures and lifestyles and has travelled extensively to such places as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India and Mexico.
